Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Ensure the lighting fixture is securely placed in its original packaging with all mounting hardware, bulbs, and instruction manuals included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item for damages, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
